Contact xdataapi.io
One address, answered by a person. hello@xdataapi.io.
One address for everything: hello@xdataapi.io. It reaches a person, not a queue. Sales questions, refunds, enterprise terms, a bug in a response body, a rate limit you need raised, and an SLA you want signed all go to the same place.
Include your request id when something went wrong. Every response carries one in the request_id field and in the x-request-id header, and it is what lets us find your exact call in the logs.
Before you write
If the API is answering errors, check https://xdataapi.io/status first, or poll https://api.xdataapi.io/status for the same numbers as JSON. Incidents are posted there with cause and duration while they are still open, which is usually faster than an answer by email.
Questions about prices, credits, endpoints and limits are answered in the docs at https://xdataapi.io/docs, and in one file at https://xdataapi.io/llms-full.txt if you would rather hand the lot to an agent.
Refunds and enterprise
Unused credits from a pack bought in the last 14 days are refunded on request; send the request to hello@xdataapi.io from the address on the account. Enterprise starts at $2,000 with invoice billing, a signed SLA and a rate limit set to your load. Say what you need to read and how often, and you will get a number back rather than a call.
Security
Report a vulnerability to hello@xdataapi.io. The machine-readable policy is at https://xdataapi.io/.well-known/security.txt. Please do not run load tests against the production API; ask and we will arrange a window.
