Terms of service

1. What the service is

xdataapi.io ("the service", "we") is a read-only HTTP API that returns public data from X (Twitter): profiles, tweets, timelines, threads, replies, quotes and search results. The service is operated by the company named on your invoice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp.

You may use the data for research, analytics, monitoring, products and agents. You may not:

Every request goes through your key. We may suspend a key or an account that breaks these rules, with a refund of unused paid credits unless the breach was deliberate.

5. Data you receive

The data is public content published by X users. Rights in that content stay with its authors and with X. You are responsible for how you store, publish and process it, including the rights of the people it is about and any request they make to you to delete it.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limit.
